The Jailbreak is only for A4 devices (iPhone 4, iPod touch 4G and iPhone 3GS) and is a tethered Jailbreak meaning that it has to be connected to your computer in order to be rebooted.
This version of RedSn0w needs to be pointed to the iOS 6 beta 1 ispw in order for the your device to be jailbroken.
Its worth noting that you should only be running iOS 6 if you have a developer account and also this Jailbreak will not install Cydia on your device.

Apple has just pushed out beta 2 of iOS 6 for developers. This update is available from both the Apple Dev Centre and via OTA.
The build number for the new beta is 10A5338d.

Please remember that this beta is for developers only.
